The flow of monsoon moisture into Colorado will gradually subside over the next few days, with isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms developing across the region on Today. The best chances for precipitation will be along the interstate 25 corridor and areas to the west. Locally heavy rain is still possible with the stronger thunderstorms, so persons living near the burn scars should remain weather alert for the threat of flash flooding. Area temperatures will begin a slow warming trend over the next few days, but will still be below average over most locations. Highs will top out in the 70s to low 80s across the region on Today.
