An abundance of monsoon moisture will continue to spread into Colorado, while a series of weak upper level disturbances push over the state. This will set the stage for another round of showers and thunderstorms today and tonight, with locally heavy rain likely once again across the region. This will bring an elevated flood and flash flood threat to eastern Colorado through the period, especially for the burn scars. Area rivers will likely run high at times this week due to the widespread heavy rain, with some minor flooding possible in some areas. Please visit our web page for the latest watches, warnings or advisories at weather.gov/pub. High temperatures will range from the 70s to mid 80s across eastern Colorado through mid week.
