Patient had a Craniotomy or trepanation, because he had a depressed skull fracture?

Patient had a Craniotomy or trepanation, because he had a depressed skull fracture? The tubes are drainage tubes (hemovac).

VP or VA shunt (there is only one tube), Craniectomy with visible bone flap in parieto-occipital area, pneumogram from surgery

appears to be a injured skull with staples and leakage or bruse.

My guess is there was a accident and they put stapples in and had to put a drain in also. Please let us know. Also did you do the work?

I am a midwife Sanjay- so perineums are my thing- but I am pretty sure it is a VP shunt.

There's something vaguely nauseating to me about any film with a shunt in it--especially one that's been multiply (and recently) revised.

I would agree with shunt

A brain tumor? Or could be a hematoma(blood pooling underneath the tissue).

The white arrow is pointing to the nose. I think it's a bad nose job that had to be corrected!
