#Romania The ' Making the Link ' study will identify the effects on childrens' psychological health caused by exposure to endemic community animal abuse which is a regular feature in in a number of European countries. Interventions will be introduced to identify initiatives to bring improvements to childrens' health in such societies and the results made available to the European authorities who have responsibility and opportunity for prevention. It has been suggested that inactivity with responsibility implies neglect. A TV documentary will track the program.
