The Brooke team in Pakistan converged on this little donkey to give it the food, water and medicine it so needed to survive. They hooked him up to an IV to rehydrate him and did their best to locate the owner who, when found, looked in no better condition himself. You only need to do a quick Google image search of ‘Pakistan brick kilns’ to see that they are among the harshest working environments in the world. We work in brick kilns across several countries to bring relief to the animals that bear the brunt of the hard work.
