#Romania ASPA: Violence against animals and humans – dog killer Bancescu kicks woman – leg broken!! 6 cars if ASPA have been stopped by animal lovers in the night from 2.-3. july 2014. The acitivists say that the dogs inside have been caught by the dogcatchers to bring them to the public shelter/prison shelter Bradadiru. The ASPA staff seems to say that they have been “on their way home with them”. Animal lovers managed to get the dogcatchers invervied and treated forensical inside of the police station of the 19. sector of bucharest. They filed many complaints against the dogcatchers abusing the court decision and traffic related laws. Razvan Bancescu, the coordinator of the ASPA killing projects had to appear there as well.
