Another hot day is in store for the region Monday with the Plains reaching the high 90s to 100F again, and the mountains and higher elevations reaching the 70s and 80s. A cold front will move through the area late Monday night into Tuesday Morning bringing much cooler weather to the area. Temperatures through the Plains could drop as much as 20 degrees, while through the higher elevations, temperatures are expected to drop up to 10 degrees cooler.
