WORLD  CUP  QUAD
A few teams that have impressed me thus far are Chile who will give Brazil a game on Saturday night while Colombia have also caught the PG’s eye and I have to admit that I invested a few pound on them at 25/1 after they saw off Ivory Coast on Wednesday.
They could meet Brazil in the quarter-finals if things work out that way and what a game that would be.
On to the weekend quad and we start with the first of the last 16 games with hosts BRAZIL (8/13) taking on Chile on Saturday evening (5pm) and expect a tough game for the favourites but we expect them to book a quarter-final place but only just - that man Neymar and a 2-1 scoreline catches the eye.
The 9pm kick-off is another gem and COLOMBIA (6/4) as I said above have caught the eye and will be tough to beat and face Uruguay who will be no pushovers but the pace of the Colombians will be too much for Uruguay with the outstanding James Rodriguez and Juan Cuadrado in top form.
MEXICO (5/2) are another team that have impressed, only conceding once in the group stages and holding Brazil and we are taking them to grab a surprise win over Holland in the 5pm Sunday game.
We head to Sunday night to fill the quad and I think many of the pre-filled wallcharts would not have predicted Costa Rica taking on Greece at this stage.
It looks a banker draw at 11/5 to us and even more we suggest you back both teams to win on penalties at 9/1- think this game will that tight.
