A Red Flag Warning has been issued for El Paso and Fremont Counties from noon until 8pm today. Gusty winds, low humidities and dry fuels could lead to rapid fire growth. Expect mostly dry, windy, and warm conditions again across much of eastern Colorado, with only a few isolated showers and thunderstorms possible over the region this afternoon and evening. Highs will remain slightly above average over the eastern plains, as temperatures warm into the mid 80s to mid 90s. Across the high country, slightly below average temperatures were expected, as highs warm into the 60s to mid 70s. (Please visit http://weather.gov/pub for more information.)
