Southwest flow aloft will continue to make its way across Colorado today...keeping warm and dry conditions in place around the viewing area. Gusty winds are expected around mid-morning...increasing critical fire conditions today and through this evening. Cooler weather will return starting Wednesday as a low pressure system pushes a cold front through the state...followed by an upper level system later in the day. Temperatures today should reach the 50s and mid 60s in the mountains...the upper 60s and mid 70s in the southern valleys...and through the 80s to around 90 degrees across the eastern plains.
