After another day of above average temperatures this afternoon, a strong low pressure system will bring cooler air to the region on Sunday. First, for today, expect windy and dry conditions across the eastern plains where a Red Flag Warning has been issued for this afternoon. Meanwhile, the mountains can expect rain showers, snow showers above 10 thousand feet, and isolated thunderstorms late this afternoon through tomorrow. The best chance for precipitation across the plains will be Sunday, main north of highway 50 and across the Palmer Divide. High temperatures will be in the 70's and 80's today across the plains, cooling to the 50's tomorrow. The mountains will be in the 40's today and 30's tomorrow.
