A new spring weather system will make its way through the Rocky Mountain region through Sunday, while a series of weak upper level disturbances pass over the state. This will bring periods of cloudiness to the state, with a chance of rain or snow showers and a few thunderstorms expected across eastern Colorado. Area temperatures will cool slightly this weekend, but will still be above average in most areas, with highs warming in the mid 60s through the 70s over the eastern plains, and 40s to low 60s across the high country.
