Moist air will spread across much of eastern Colorado tonight, with a good chance for precipitation expected over the eastern mountains and the Interstate 25 corridor. Isolated to scattered rain or snow showers are expected elsewhere across the region. The precipitation will begin as rain over the lower elevations, but should mix with and change over to snow through the evening hours. Snow over the eastern mountains could be heavy at times, with moderate to heavy accumulations expected. As such Winter Weather Advisories have been issued for the eastern mountains. Precipitation will taper off Thursday morning, with clearing skies then expected across the region through the afternoon.  Area temperatures will cool slightly behind the cold front on Thursday, with below average temperatures expected. A quick warming trend will then take place through the weekend, as temperatures re! turn to above average. A weak low pressure system may affect the weather over the state Saturday night into Easter Sunday, with a few showers and possibly a thunderstorm spreading across the region.
