A new upper level weather system will move across northern Colorado today...pushing a cold front southward through the state this morning. This system will spread rain and snow across the area starting this afternoon...with significant snow accumulations possible over the eastern mountains and adjacent areas tonight to early Thursday morning. The precipitation will diminish and skies will clear from west to east through Thursday afternoon. Temperatures are going to be in the 30s and 40s in most mountain areas...the 50s in the southern valleys...and the 50s to lower 60s across eastern Colorado.
