Drier air should work its way into southern Colorado through the day today. Mostly cloudy skies and a few lingering snow flurries may still be possibly this morning...but conditions should improve this afternoon with decreasing clouds in most areas. Temperatures are going to stay below average region wide with highs in the 20s and 30s in the high country...the 40s in the southern valleys...and the 30s to mid 40s across the eastern plains. We will see a fair weather day Tuesday...with warmer temperatures in most areas...followed by a new weather system bringing another round of precipitation Wednesday.
