A year ago I said this was not a bad place to sit and do a bit of writing. Turns out it was not a bad spot to sit and start a novel. All I wanted was to practice a little with the goal of getting back into creative writing, but now the scene I wrote here a year ago is part of the first chapter of an actual, relatively close to final draft novel. :)
