#cowx   For today and tonight:  A storm system will move from Colorado into the Central Plains by  this afternoon. In addition a strong cold front will move across  northeast Colorado this morning with strong winds developing.  North winds of 20 to 40 mph with gusts to 55 mph will occur over  the plains. Some snow will also occur over northeast Colorado  with accumulations of 2 to 4 inches possible near the  Wyoming, Nebraska border and over the Palmer Divide. Thus there  will be areas of blowing snow and poor visibilities as well. Over  portions of Lincoln county there will be considerable blowing dust  with poor visibilities as well. In the mountains there will be  some additional snow with accumulations of 2 to 4 inches along  with some blowing snow over the higher passes.  Weather conditions will improve by tonight with snow ending and  decreasing wind.  For Wednesday through Monday:  Dry weather expected over the forecast area Wednesday through  Friday, with ab! ove normal temperatures on Thursday. Moisture  increases in westerly flow aloft Saturday and Sunday. There will  be a chance of snow in the mountains Friday night through Sunday  and a slight chance of rain over the plains on Saturday.
