A strong cold front is forecast to move south across the Eastern Plains Tuesday morning bringing very strong winds to Southern Colorado.  A High Wind Warning has been issued for much of the Eastern Plains for gusts in excess of 50 mph.  In addition...persistent dry conditions will lead to widespread areas of blowing dust.  A Dust Storm Warning is also in effect for much of the Eastern Plains...visibilities are expected to drop to around 1/4 mile.  Snow showers will impact areas along the Continental Divide and Palmer Divide on Tuesday.  Interstate 25 over Monument Hill will likely see dangerous driving conditions due to snow and blowing snow for the Tuesday morning rush hour.
