A somewhat unsettled period of weather is in store across southern Colorado...as an area of low pressure moves through the northern plains and Rockies tonight...bringing a shallow surge of cooler air through the state. Another low pressure system to the west will push moist air into southern Colorado...resulting in rain and snow showers over the mountains...and nearby lower area. Expect high temperatures Friday in the 30s and 40s in the mountains...the 40s to mid 50s in the southern valleys...and the 50s to around 60 degrees across the eastern plains.
