TAKOYAKI: takoyaki balls is a fried ball of gooey dough with a piece of octopus in the center. We make it by fring the mixture on a special steel plate with dents and rolling pastry as it being cooked until ball-shaped. You've got to have Red Ginger, Dry Bonito Flakes, Ao-Nori, Mayonnaise and Okonomi Sauce.
