A brief period of sunshine and milder temperatures is in store across southern and eastern Colorado today. Clouds will be a little slower to diminish over the extreme southeast...lingering into the afternoon...while the rest of the region will be mostly sunny through the day. A new storm system is expected to enter the picture tonight and early Monday...with unsettled weather returning to the region into at least Tuesday.
