Chris Brown refuses plea deal in case of aggression Rapper received the proposal of Justice in October 2013 !

Chris Brown rejected the proposed plea agreement in his assault case in Washington . The singer, who was arrested along with his bodyguard after allegedly breaking a man's nose and make homophobic comments against this individual, appeared in court on Wednesday ( 8 ) to handle the case.
However , the prosecutor revealed that the singer refused the proposal to reduce the charge to simple assault . Informants told TMZ that Chris and his lawyer want to see the video that police say they have as evidence , after searching the area for surveillance cameras that might have captured the incident , before accepting the agreement .
Chris is currently facing charges of misdemeanor assault , which has a more severe penalty . The singer voluntarily checked himself into a rehab facility in Malibu, California, after the fight last year , but he was expelled after throwing a stone at the car of his mother , Joyce window.
The star, who was already on probation for an assault committed in 2009 against his ex -girlfriend Rihanna , was ordered to look for another clinic for anger management treatment instead of being sent to prison when his parole was formally revoked as a result of the alleged assault .

Another controversy surrounding the singer is related to cousin Frank Ocean , who is filing a lawsuit against Chris , valued at more than £ 7 million . The singer Sha'Keir Duarte , a process that began in August against the singer , claims that the bodyguard Chris violently assaulted when the two singers and their entourages got into a confrontation outside the Westlake Recording Studio in Los Angeles , and claims to have suffered physical and emotional harm as a result of the fight .
