A Soviet-made plastic row boat covered in snow and hoarfrost lies on a snowy bank of the Yenisei River, with the temperature at around minus 20 degrees Celcius (minus 4 degrees Farenheit), outside Russia's Siberian city of Krasnoyarsk.
