Winds will persist along the I-25 corridor and areas west as a weather system departs the state. Areas of blowing dust are likely through the afternoon. Light snow will persist through the Central Mountains while the remainder of the region remains dry. Afternoon temperatures will remain well above normal..rising into the 50's through the Plains..40's through the Mountains. The San Luis Valley will continue to be the cold spot with temperatures in the 30's this afternoon. A weak impulse imbedded in the upper level flow will move through the region during the early morning hours Tuesday bringing the potential for some brief light snow showers to the area but overall it looks to be a sunny week with above average temperatures.
