Skies will become mostly cloudy tonight. Temperatures will remain above zero overnight, rising to between 10 and 15 degrees for many areas by daybreak Wednesday. As winds diminish this evening, wind chills will rise to between 0 to -10 degrees. With the extreme cold, snow and ice covered roads remain and will continue to make travel difficult overnight.
