Dangerous winter weather is expected to continue across central Indiana tonight as overnight lows plummet into the -10 to -18 degree range with wind chills as low as -42 degrees at times.  Winds will become westerly but remain strong with sustained speeds of 10 to 20 mph and gusting to 30 mph. The strong winds will also cause blowing and drifting of the snow that is on the ground, especially in rural areas. A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY for blowing snow is in effect for much of central Indiana through Midnight EST Tuesday. In addition, a WIND CHILL WARNING is in place until 7 pm EST tonight.
