Light rain and freezing rain will come to an end by 11 am across far eastern portions of the area. Watch out for black ice and slick conditions along area roads that are normally shaded, as well as bridges and overpasses. Temperatures are expected to warm above freezing later this morning, ending the freezing rain threat. Much colder air will rush back into the area between noon and 2 pm with snow, blowing snow, and a renewed threat for icy road conditions.
