A storm system will continue to swing across the Rocky Mountain States Today...keeping snow in the weather picture over the mountains...and winter weather advisories are in effect for mountain locations above 11 thousand feet during the course of the day. Snow mixed with rain is possible over the lower elevations this morning...and that will change to rain the second half of the day. Unseasonably cool temperatures are in store...with highs in the 20s and 30s in the mountains...the middle and upper 30s in El Paso county...with 40s over most of southeast Colorado...except for lower and middle 50s in the extreme south.
