Wet weather will continue across southern and eastern Colorado Thursday... as numerous showers and thunderstorms are expected over the high country...the San Luis Valley and along the I-25 corridor and across the eastern plains. Locally heavy rain could develop again...possibly threatening the burn scars across the area...and a Flash Flood Watch is in effect again for El Paso and Teller counties through the afternoon and evening. Along with the period of rainy weather...temperatures are also going to stay noticeably cooler than average...as highs reach the 60s and 70s most locations...and the upper 50s and 60s over the mountains.
