#whats4dinner #foodies first ever attempt at fish tacos .. mmm! .. swai catfish marinated in lime zest/juice, cilantro, olive oil, cumin, lemon pepper and chili powder then pan seared and shredded .. topped that with finely shredded kale, purple cabbage and carrots tossed in orange, lime, olive oil and honey .. with fresh sliced avocado .. and a hoisin, soy, citrus finishing sauce
