To see the middle class disappearing. To understand how truly out of touch today's Republican Party is with reality. President Obama is doing just that, as he shines a light on the reason he can't get anything done. Republican zealots are blocking all roads to progress. Congressional historians said last year's Congress was the worst in history. Now they're saying this year's Congress is even worse. Tea Party members are on an ideological "crusade" to kill Obamacare, to harm our economy and to starve our government of needed revenues, just so they can claim the Democrats have ruined our nation. Well, that isn't going to work. Polls show our citizens know that the Republicans stand in the way of progress. Teajadists like Ted Cruse and Rand Paul are willing to shut down our government for their own political expediency. Now is the time to register voters for the 2014 elections. Let's send President Obama a Congress that cares for America, a Congress that's willing to negotiate in good faith and work with our President for the sake of our nation's future.
