In r test kitchen we're tasting canned tomatoes vs fresh roasted tomatoes. (Checking yields too) what r ur favs?

Like Muir. And actually utilize the 365 from WFoods a lot. The roasted tomatoes from Muir, of course, often rank first depending on recipe.

Rao's and Sclafani are my faves. Both very well balanced.

If not fresh roasted then my go to is Muir.
I tend to use Rotel when making chili, etc. They have a nice base of spices in them that I can add to easily.
