Stanley Park Margarita  - 3 slices of Cucumber; 1 tablespoon of Chili’s; Pinch of Cilantro; 2 oz Lime Juice; 2 oz Tequila; 1 oz Agave Syrup. Shake in glass with ice.  Strain into a frozen martini glass and garnish.  The cilantro chili peppers come from the hotel’s rooftop garden.
