Isolated afternoon thunderstorms could develop again Tuesday over the central and western mountains ... and from Pikes Peak east along the Palmer Divide to extreme eastern Colorado. Otherwise ... warm and dry air will cover the rest of southeast Colorado. Skies will be mostly sunny the first half of the day ... then an approaching low pressure system is expected to spread increasing clouds in to the state in the afternoon.  Fire danger remains high across the region ... and Red Flag Warnings have been issued over the eastern mountains ... southern El Paso county and Baca and eastern Las Animas counties in the afternoon.  Look for temperatures to reach the 80s and 90s on the eastern plains ... and the 60s and 70s elsewhere.  Fire danger remains high across the Sangre De Cristo Mountains, the Wet Mountains and the Wet Mountain Valley ... along with Baca and eastern Las Animas Counties ... and a Red Flag Warning remains in effect until 9 PM MDT.
