A series of weak upper level disturbances will continue to push across the state on Tuesday, in advance of a slow moving upper level storm system off the California coast. This will bring occasional cloudiness to the state on Tuesday, with areas of showers and a few thunderstorms developing across the region, with the best chances expected over the mountains. Tuesday will likely be the warmest day of the week, with area temperatures warming into the 60s and 70s over the plains and high valleys, with 40s and 50s expected over the mountains.
