He has some spinal issues and does not have use of his back legs, but he has adapted really well to his cart and loves to go on long walks with it! He is fully continent of both bowel and bladder. He is very smart and good with both #dogs and #cats. Harry's special forever home would have a yard for him and someone who could take him on long walks with his cart.
