#Belize: A pharmacist in Benque Viejo del Carmen, Cesar Mendez, has pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated assault of an indecent nature. This follows a report that he inappropriately touched a 12 year old girl. According to reports, Mendez, accompanied by his attorney Richard Dickey" Bradley, appeared in the Magistrate's Court on Thursday of last week where the plea was entered. The magistrate imposed a fine of $250 on each count, which means that Mendez was ordered to pay $500, bringing the case to an end.
