Occasional weak upper level disturbances will move across the state through the weekend bringing periods of cloudiness to the region. Afternoon and evening showers with isolated thunderstorms in the far eastern Plains can be expected through Saturday. Drier weather will briefly spread back across the region on Sunday before a strong cold front moves through on Sunday night bringing a Canadian airmass over the area.
