今日のピラティスとってもヨクって超リラックス,、気分よかった。帰宅後ヨガでディリーストレッチして更にリラックス。さて、寝るかな。おやすみ~♪Today both my Pilates lesson worked really well and the later Yoga stretches for daily wo was also very relaxing. I'm really physically relaxed now. I'm OFF to bed! Sweet dreams to everyone! Good dream for me!
