A fast moving weather system moved across the state today, dragging a cold front through eastern Colorado late this afternoon and early this evening. Scattered rain and snow showers will slowly ease through the evening hours. Gusty winds along and west of the I-25 corridor with gusts to 40 mph will ease overnight. On Friday..expect partly to mostly cloudy skies with showers spreading through the region during the afternoon as the next weather system approaches by late evening.
