Thanks to a slowly departing storm system now over the Great Lakes and additional upper level disturbances dropping through, scattered snow showers can be expected the next couple of days. Little or no accumulation is anticipated for most areas, although isolated spots may receive up to an inch each day. Well below normal temperatures will continue, where readings will be some 15 degrees below average.
