Another strong winter storm is taking aim on Missouri and Illinois. The storm will develop over Texas on Monday and move northeast into the Mid-Mississippi Valley Monday night. While there is still a significant amount of uncertainty in the exact track of the system, current indications are that heavy snow is likely across much of northern and western Missouri and northern Illinois, including northeast and central Missouri and west central Illinois.
