Another strong winter storm is taking aim on Missouri and Illinois. The storm will develop over Texas on Monday and move northeast into the Mid-Mississippi Valley Monday night. While there is still a significant amount of uncertainty in the exact track of the system, current indications are that heavy snow is possible across western and parts of central Missouri as well as Northeast Missouri and parts of west central Illinois.
