Doctor Tom "Citation" Casey was the first African-American to play for the Hamilton WildCats, first African-American to be elected to the @CFHOF and second African-American to sign with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. In addition to being in the Canadian Football Hall of Fame, Dr Casey is also a member of the Manitoba Sports Hall of Fame.
