Belize Police Department (BPD) in collaboration with Restore #Belize and with assistance of Funding from Belize Telemedia Limited (BTL) will commence its “HEALTHY FOR LIFE FEEDING 
PROGRAM”(HFLF) Monday February 4, 2013 at Community Policing Unit, Yabra Youth Friendly Drop-In Center on 7171 Queen Charlotte Street in Belize City.

The program cater for one hundred and fifty (150) selected needy students from five different primary schools in the Zone four and Zone five area of Belize City, will provide lunch between the hours of 11:30 a.m. and 
1:00 p.m. during the school week Monday to Friday.

The five primary schools that will benefit from this program are:
Saint John Vianney Primary School - 45 Students
Muslim Primary School - 45 Students
James Garbutt Primary School - 20 Students 
Saint John Anglican Primary School - 20 Students
Queen Square Anglican Primary School - 20 Students

The purpose of the program is to assist in the increase in school attendance and performance of students who are beneficiaries of the HFLF program; and improve the micro-nutrient intake of beneficiaries through an established healthy menu.
