Snowfall has ended across the I-25 corridor north of Pueblo and is headed southeast across the plains. The area of snow is expected to dump 1 to 3 inches of accumulation on the plains south and east of Pueblo through the afternoon. Gusty winds will combine with the snow at times to produce local blowing and drifting snow and reduced visibilities. Travel will be hazardous at times in those areas. Elsewhere, the snowfall has tapered off or ended, with just some lingering snow showers or flurries expected the remainder of the day. Stay tuned to your National Weather Service in Pueblo for the latest on southern Colorado weather. (Please visit http://weather.gov/pub for more information.)
