A Pacific storm system will continue to move through the western states and Rockies Monday...and snow will persist through the day with significant accumulations possible along and west of the Continental Divide. Lighter snow amounts are expected over the eastern mountains...while rain and snow are possible over the southern valleys...with rain showers along the Palmer Divide in the afternoon. The rest of the eastern plains should remain dry...but under mostly cloudy skies. Temperatures are going to stay fairly mild...even in snow areas...with highs climbing to the 20s and 30s in the high country...the 30s and 40s over the southern valleys...and the 50s and 60s in eastern Colorado.
