Making Chili 2 ways today!! 4-Bean Veggie Chili for home and a super-spicy one with ground beef, ground pork & chunks of pork butt for my work chili cook-off. Is it an unfair advantage that I am a trained chef going up against home cooks? I think not! Until 2 1/2 years ago I was a home cook & won chili cook-off's before then.
