Winter will return to the Bi-State Region tonight as a strong, cold Canadian high pressure system builds across the Midwest. Temperatures will be well below normal tonight through Tuesday.  With very cold air coupled with increasing northwesterly winds late tonight and Monday morning, wind chill values will fall to around 10 below zero early Monday morning across northeast Missouri and west central Illinois. There may be flurries across portions of northeast Missouri and west central Illinois tonight as an upper level disturbance moves through the area.
