i have been trying to keep a good cardio routine with running, walking, jump rope and dancing *xbox kinect =) *. I really don't like lifting weights, however I try to build endurance on my arms as well through pull-ups and push-ups. I'm planning to get some stair climbers bcoz i love them better than running on a treadmill. I should also go back to playing tennis. I have been slacking for a long time it's not good.
